Charges have been dropped against a former ESPN NASCAR producer who was fired after his arrest last year.
Former ESPN senior motorsports producer Neil Goldberg will not face charges for public indecency and disorderly conduct, reports the motorsports website SceneDaily.com.
The charges against Goldberg were dismissed during a court hearing last Thursday. According to the report, Goldberg “never admitted guilt and there was no finding of any criminal wrongdoing.”
Goldberg was fired from ESPN within days of his October arrest. He had been with ESPN since 2006, after previously working for the network from 1981-2000.
