- Seth Davis Joins NBA TV For NBA Draft: CBS college basketball analyst Seth Davis will join NBA TV for Thursday’s NBA Draft Preview Show at 6 PM ET. Davis, who appeared on both CBS and Turner during the networks’ coverage of the NCAA Tournament, will be joined by Steve Smith, David Aldridge and host Rick Kamla. (Turner Sports)
- Enberg Leaving U.S. Open As Well: This year’s U.S. Open will be the last for play-by-play voice Dick Enberg. Like the French Open and Wimbledon, the tennis tournament conflicts with his role as the Padres’ lead play-by-play voice. Enberg will miss eleven Padres games during the U.S. Open, in addition to the sixteen he will miss calling Wimbledon. Enberg: “I thought I could hang on to Wimbledon and the U.S. Open, but there I was last year staying up all night listening to the Padres at Wimbledon when we were in first place. … So I decided this would be the last year of tennis.” (USA Today, North County Times)
