ESPNU’s Pollack Joins College GameDay

ESPN’s successful College Gameday studio show returns with a couple of new wrinkles this year, including a new on-air personality.

ESPNU college football analyst David Pollack has joined College Gameday as a contributor, ESPN announced Friday. Pollack, who has been with ESPN since 2009, will appear on the ESPNU portion of the three-hour pregame show alongside host Erin Andrews.

Pollack will also appear on the ESPN portion of the show, though it was not clear in what capacity.

Other than Pollack, the College Gameday line-up remains the same, with host Chris Fowler joined by Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard and, in his 25th season with the show, Lee Corso.

In other College Gameday related news, the show’s theme song, performed by Big n’ Rich, has apparently been reshot and updated.
