NCAA Tournament: Overnight Ratings For Tuesday’s ‘First Four’ Games Down Slightly

The 2012 NCAA Tournament got off to a slightly slower start in the ratings Tuesday night.

Coverage of the NCAA Tournament ‘First Four’ averaged a 0.9 overnight rating on TruTV Tuesday night, down a tick from last year (1.0).

In the early window, Mississippi Valley State/Western Kentucky earned a 0.9, even with last year’s UNC-Asheville/Arkansas Little-Rock game (0.9).

Later in the night, BYU/Iona drew a 0.9, down 18% from last year’s Clemson/UAB game (1.1).

*CORRECTED 3/15: Last year’s Clemson/UAB game drew a 1.1 overnight, not a 1.2.
