Despite featuring an upset of the #2 team in the country, Saturday’s college football action on FOX declined from the previous week.

It was a 52-point shutout of a team that lost to UL-Monroe a week earlier — and yet Saturday’s Alabama/Arkansas game still tied the top college football rating of the weekend.

It was not the greatest of weekends for college football on ABC, as each game of the network’s tripleheader declined double-digits from last year.

Though down from last year, the Week 2 NFL singleheader on FOX scored strong ratings last week.

CBS hit a three-year low for last week’s NFL national window.
