CBS scored a pair of increases for a Week 11 NFL doubleheader.
The Week 11 NFL national window, featuring Colts/Patriots in 51% of markets, earned a 14.8 overnight rating on CBS — up 4% from coverage featuring Chargers/Bears last year (14.2), but down 11% from coverage featuring Colts/Patriots in 2010 (16.7).
The 14.8 overnight is the second-lowest of the season for the NFL national window, ahead of only coverage featuring Jets/Steelers in Week 2 (14.4).
For the ninth time in eleven weeks this season, the NFL national window drew a higher overnight than NBC’s “Sunday Night Football” (12.2).
Earlier Sunday, regional NFL action on CBS drew an 11.2 overnight — up 33% from last year (8.4), but up a tick from 2010 (11.1).
