Two of the highest profile brands in the National Football League attracted the lowest overnight rating of the Divisional Round.
The Packers/49ers NFC Divisional Round game drew an 18.7 overnight rating on FOX Saturday night, down 9% from Broncos/Patriots on CBS last year (20.6), but up 3% from Packers/Falcons in FOX in 2011 (18.1).
The 18.7 is tied as the third-highest for the Saturday night Divisional Round game since the current scheduling format went into effect in the 2001-02 season.
Saturday’s game earned the lowest overnight rating of the Divisional Round. The Ravens/Broncos double-overtime game earlier in the day, which overlapped with the start of Packers/49ers, drew a 21.6.
