Fox Sports 1 has gotten off to an inauspicious start for Major League Baseball coverage. In other news, the PGA Tour Zurich Classic tied a four-year low on CBS and several NBA teams attracted strong local numbers during the first round of the playoffs.

Fewer Than 500K For MLB on FS1 Thus Far

  • Fox Sports 1 has averaged 489,000 viewers for Major League Baseball coverage so far this season, according to Sports Business Daily. PGA Zurich Classic Matches Four-Year Low

    I really think MLB failed with their recent contract resigning with FOX they should’ve gone to NBC or ABC. The sport is going to continue to struggle nationally until this deal is over.
