The Giants earned a season-high rating for Tuesday’s perfect game. In other news, NBA TV set a viewership record for a documentary about the ‘Dream Team,’ and ratings and viewership are still up big for the Euro 2012 tournament.

  • Season-High For Cain’s Perfect Game: Tuesday’s Astros/Giants Major League Baseball game, featuring the first perfect game in team history, drew a 6.64 rating on Comcast SportsNet Bay Area — the highest of the season. Ratings peaked at an 11.22 from 9:45-10 PM PT. (csnbayarea.com)
  • Dream Team Documentary Sets Record: NBA TV drew 847,000 viewers for the premiere of ‘The Dream Team’ — a documentary about the 1992 United States men’s basketball Olympic team — the largest audience ever for any telecast on the network.
