The Miami Heat have a history of attracting all-time great players from other teams, from Shaquille O’Neal to LeBron James. This year, Giannis Antetokounmpo joins the list. Paired with the returning Bam Adebayo, Antetokounmpo will look to recreate the postseason success he enjoyed with Milwaukee at the start of this decade as Miami seeks its first NBA title since the days of James’ “Heatles.”

The Heat are set for 25 national TV games during the 2026-27 season, with ten on ESPN/ABC (including a Christmas matchup with the Celtics), nine on NBCUniversal (five of which will be on the NBC broadcast network) and six on Prime Video.

With Main Street Sports Group — operator of the FanDuel Sports Network RSNs — winding down operations at the end of last season, Heat games this season will be available over-the-air on WPLG (“Local 10”), the Berkshire Hathaway station that was affiliated with ABC until last year. WPLG simulcast 12 Heat games this past season. Games will be available to stream via the free streaming platform LOCAL 10+ Platinum.
