How to watch Thunder games in 2026-27

As defending champions last season, the Thunder took on an air of inevitability during their record-tying 24-1 start to the regular season. It was San Antonio that eroded that perception, first by taking them off the 2015-16 Warriors’ 73-win pace with a win in the NBA Cup semifinals, then with a high-profile victory over them on Christmas Day, and finally, with a seven-game victory in a memorable Western Conference Finals.

The Thunder will try to return to the mountaintop this season. Their depth will be tested by some key offseason departures, including that of Lu Dort, but so long as Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jalen Williams remain healthy, OKC is as strong a contender as any in the NBA.

Oklahoma City is scheduled for 33 national games this season, down from 39 at the start of last year, including 11 on ESPN/ABC (including a Christmas night matchup with Minnesota), 11 on NBCUniversal, eight on Amazon Prime Video and three on NBA TV.

With the collapse of FanDuel Sports Network, local Thunder games will be televised on KSBI and News 9 (KWTV) in Oklahoma City and streamed on the NBA app via the Thunder+ subscription service. The majority of games on KSBI and KWTV will only be available through cable provider Spectrum (formerly Cox) and satellite provider DirecTV. Only ten games on KSBI/KWTV will be available to watch with an antenna.
