- Tony Petitti: One of the bigger behind-the-scenes names in sports is leaving CBS to take the helm of the MLB Network. Petitti, who has overseen all day-to-day operations of CBS Sports since 2005 (and of CSTV since January), will run the soon-to-be-launched MLB Network. Petitti will leave CBS in June.
- Harold Reynolds: Fresh off of a settlement with previous employer ESPN, the former Baseball Tonight analyst is getting his first regular television gig since being fired in 2006. Reynolds will be an analyst for SNY coverage of New York Mets games, appearing on “Mets’ pre- and postgame shows,” starting tomorrow night.
- Chris Webber: Finally, Chris Webber is staying in the playoffs all the way though the NBA Finals. The recently retired NBA star is joining the NBA on TNT cast. Webber will serve as a guest analyst on the TNT NBA studio show this Sunday and Monday, before moving on to several appearances on NBA TV and TNT Overtime through the rest of the postseason.
