Turner Sports sideline reporter Craig Sager is facing another battle with leukemia.
Sager learned last week that his leukemia has returned, his son posted to Twitter late Sunday. He is now undergoing a treatment regimen similar to what he received after his initial diagnosis last year.
The setback comes just three weeks after his return to the sidelines on March 5. His comeback was to include the NCAA Tournament, but he was pulled from his scheduled assignments as his doctors wanted to run more tests.
Sager was diagnosed with leukemia last April after falling ill while working an NBA game on TNT, and spent the better part of the last year battling the disease.
