Tiger Woods plans to “apologize for his behavior” in a news conference on Friday.
In a statement released by Woods’ agent Mark Steinberg and his spokesman Glenn Greenspan, Woods will “[speak] to a small group of friends, colleagues and close associates” on Friday morning, in his first public appearance since his car accident — and subsequent rumors of marital infidelity — last November.
Woods “plans to discuss his past and his future and he plans to apologize for his behavior.”
Reporters will be present at the news conference, though no questions will be allowed.
