F1 From Hungary Low on CNBC
- Formula 1 racing from Hungary drew a 0.2 final rating and 349,000 viewers on CNBC last Sunday, the smallest audience of the season for a daytime race (seven telecasts). The previous low was 397,000 for the British Grand Prix three weeks earlier, which also aired on CNBC. Overall, the race ranks seventh out of the ten F1 telecasts this year. (via Awful Announcing)
Golf Channel Sets July Mark
- Golf Channel averaged 112,000 total day viewers in July, up 20% from last year (39K), up 18% from 2013 (95K), and the network’s highest average during the month since it became Nielsen rated in 2006. Compared to 2011, the year Golf Channel joined NBC Sports Group, July viewership has increased by 60% from 70,000. (Golf Channel)

- Thursday’s Lions/Blue Bombers Canadian Football League game drew 201,000 viewers on ESPN2, the network’s largest CFL audience of the season (seven telecasts). The previous high was 191,000 for Tiger-Cats/Blue Bombers on July 2. (via Sports TV Ratings)
