Big Drop For Red Sox’ Sunday Night Blowout
- The Tigers/Red Sox Sunday Night Baseball game drew 1.7 million viewers on ESPN, down 25% from Dodgers/Cardinals last year (2.3M) and down 32% from Yankees/Red Sox in 2013 (2.6M). Despite the decline, the Red Sox’ blowout win ranks as the second-most watched Sunday night game in the past two months. Earlier in the day, TBS drew 576,000 for Dodgers/Mets. (via ShowBuzz Daily)

- Saturday’s Braves/Cardinals Major League Baseball game drew 800,000 viewers on Fox Sports 1, up 53% from Indians/Tigers last year (522K) and the network’s second-largest regular season audience since it began airing games last year.
