Summitt Dies at 64
- Former Tennessee women’s basketball coach Pat Summitt died Tuesday at age 64, five years after she was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s. Summitt, who won a Division I record 1,038 games during her 38-year tenure as coach of the Lady Volunteers, at one point worked for ESPN as a WNBA analyst in 1999 and 2001. (ESPN Front Row)

- Former South Carolina and Florida college football coach Steve Spurrier is considering a potential role with SEC Network and “expects to meet” with network officials in the coming weeks, according to South Carolina’s The State. Hull, Chelios, Joins ESPN’s Hockey World Cup Roster
- Former NHL players Brett Hull and Chris Chelios have joined ESPN as studio analysts for the World Cup of Hockey, the network announced Monday. Some may recall that Hull was NBC’s lead NHL studio analyst in 2007, with hope that he would become the network’s answer to Charles Barkley.
