Fox Sports and a number of high-profile FS1 personalities, including former Undisputed host Skip Bayless, Joy Taylor and executive Charlie Dixon have been named in a lawsuit alleging a hostile and discriminatory work environment at the network, including sexual misconduct by the two men.
The lawsuit, which was obtained by Front Office Sports, was filed in Los Angeles County court over the weekend. The plaintiff is named Noushin Faraji, who worked as a hairstylist for various FS1 shows from 2012 to 2024.
Faraji alleges Dixon touched her inappropriately, and also that Bayless made a series of inappropriate advances to her, culminating in a 2021 conversation in which Bayless allegedly offered to pay her for sex. The suit also claims that Bayless communicated that he would get Faraji fired if she did not comply with his advances.
The suit characterizes Taylor as a confidant of Faraji, who helped her get her position at the network, but was later dismissive of Faraji’s concerns about Bayless and Dixon. Faraji reportedly addressed these allegations with the network’s human resources department, but the claims were dismissed.
In a statement to FOS, a Fox representative said: “We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation.”
Faraji also claimed she was discriminated against because of her race and disability and was the target of racist comments by unnamed individuals. Faraji was terminated from the network in August 2024.
Bayless worked for FS1 for eight years beginning in 2016 through his departure from the network in August 2024.
