The Giannis Antetokounmpo era is over in Milwaukee. The Bucks followed their 2021 NBA championship with years of disappointment, culminating in last year’s failure to even make the Play-in Tournament. Now, there are no expectations left for a team that is clearly in rebuilding mode.
After being regulars on national TV throughout the Giannis years, the Bucks are scheduled for just four national appearances this season — half of which will be on NBA TV. (They were scheduled for 24 this time last year.) The other two will be a pair of games against Antetokounmpo’s Miami Heat, one on ESPN in November and the other his return to Milwaukee on Prime Video in January.
With the collapse of FanDuel Sports Network, Bucks games this season will be televised over-the-air on MY24 in Milwaukee and streamed on the NBA app via the Bucks+ subscription service.
