- Bob Papa: Neil Best of Newsday reports that the New York Giants radio voice will replace Bryant Gumbel as the play-by-play man for NFL broadcasts on the NFL Network.
- Barry Melrose: After more than a decade with ESPN, the NHL analyst has returned to coaching. Melrose took over the reigns of the Tampa Bay Lightning on Tuesday, ending a relationship with ESPN that began in 1996.
- Michael Strahan: The FOX NFL analyst recently filmed a cameo on the NBC show Chuck, playing the manager of a mall sporting goods store. Strahan was apparently so “impressive, the show would consider welcoming him back.”
