ESPN will provide extensive coverage of Alex Rodriguez’ press conference from Tampa on Tuesday.
SportsCenter, ESPNews and ESPN Radio will each provide coverage of Rodriguez’ first press conference since he admitted using performance enhancing drugs last week. In addition to reporter Bob Holtzman, ESPN anchor Hannah Storm will be on hand for the news conference.
This is the second time Storm has been on location for a news event since being added to the ESPN roster last August. Earlier this year, she conducted an interview with former Yankee manager Joe Torre in New York.
ESPNews will re-air Rodriguez’ interview with Peter Gammons during the half-hour before the press conference, and will air two encore presentations of the press conference during the 4 PM and 7 PM hours.
