NCAA Men’s March Madness TV Schedule

Mark your calendar for the 2026 NCAA men’s basketball tournament with this March Madness TV schedule on CBS, TBS, TNT and truTV.

CBS games stream on Paramount+ and TBS, TNT and truTV games stream on HBO Max. New this year, games across all four networks are available to stream via March Madness Live via all devices. (In the past, CBS games could only be streamed on March Madness live on mobile devices.)

How to stream March Madness

All games on TBS, TNT and truTV can be streamed through the HBO Max app as part of the Standard ($18.49/mo) or Premium ($22.99/mo) plans. All CBS games can be streamed on Paramount+. With cable/satellite/streaming authentication, all games across all four networks can be streamed on March Madness Live via all devices.

You can also stream the entire men’s NCAA basketball tournament through the following streaming services: DIRECTV STREAM, YouTube TV and Hulu + Live TV, each of which has all of CBS, TBS, TNT and truTV.

Subscribers to Fubo TV will only have access to the CBS games as that service does not have TNT, TBS or truTV.

Sling has TBS, TNT and truTV — plus HBO Max as an add-on — but does not have CBS (as it does not have local channels). It does have Paramount+ as an add-on.

Notes on this year’s schedule

The Men’s Final Four and National Championship will be on cable this season, airing on TBS, TNT and truTV. For the second-straight year, the national title game is scheduled for an 8:50 PM ET tip — a half-hour earlier than had been the norm.
