- Michael Vick: The Eagles QB has a new endorsement deal with Nike. According to Vick’s agent Joel Segal, the deal “includes shoes [and] apparel.” News of the deal broke on Wednesday, during the Relay Sports Sponsorship Symposium. Vick’s previous endorsement deal with Nike was terminated after he pleaded guilty to dogfighting charges in ’07.
- Paul Maguire: The football broadcaster will serve as an analyst for HDNet’s coverage of the UFL. Maguire was most recently a college football analyst for ESPN, and was once part of the network’s Sunday Night Football broadcast team.
- Darren Dreger: The TSN NHL insider is joining Versus’ Hockey Central in the same capacity. Dreger told Puck the Media that he will “only be appearing occasionally via satellite.” Dreger will make his first appearance on Thursday.
Netflix officially announces expanded NFL deal
