The Tigers pulled in a record audience for the second game of their crucial day-night doubleheader on Tuesday night.
The Tigers’ win over the Twins drew a 13.6 rating on FOX Sports Detroit Tuesday night, the highest rating ever for a Tigers game on the network. The previous record was a 13.5 for the Tigers’ season opener in ’08.
Ratings peaked at an 18.2 during the final half-hour of the game.
The 13.6 ranks as the sixth-highest rating in the history of FS Detroit, behind 5 Detroit Red Wings playoff games (2 of which took place this year).
