- Formula 1 racing from Monaco earned a 1.1 overnight rating on NBC Sunday morning, even with last year but down 15% from 2013, the first year it aired on NBC (1.3). The 1.1 is tied as the second-highest for an F1 race on NBC (nine telecasts), with the network’s three Monaco races ranking among its four highest rated in the metered markets. - Coverage of the Premier Boxing Champions series earned a 0.8 overnight rating on NBC Saturday afternoon, the lowest yet for a PBC event on broadcast television (five telecasts). The previous low was a 0.9 for coverage on CBS three weeks earlier, which also aired on a Saturday afternoon. Royals Off to Best Start For Any MLB Team in 12 Years
- Through last Wednesday, Kansas City Royals Major League Baseball games averaged a 12.4 rating on Fox Sports Midwest — up 132% from the comparable point last year and the highest average for any MLB team through six weeks of the season since the Mariners in 2002 (13.2).
