CBS saw increases in overnight ratings for both games of its NFL doubleheader on Sunday.
Sunday’s NFL national window, featuring Jets/Patriots, drew a 14.9 overnight on CBS — up 4% from a 14.3 for coverage featuring Chargers/Steelers last year, and tied as the second-highest overnight of the season for an NFL telecast on CBS.
Compared to last week’s national window (mostly Cowboys/Packers, FOX), Jets/Patriots was down 12%.
Earlier in the day, regional action featuring Colts/Ravens drew an 11.0 overnight, up 11% from a 10.0 last year (mostly Ravens/Giants, CBS), and up 21% from a 9.1 last week (mostly Falcons/Panthers, FOX).
