America’s team gave NBC a very slight bump in viewership on Sunday night.
The Cowboys’ win over Washington drew a 10.9/18 final rating and 19 million viewers on NBC Sunday night, down 5% in ratings but up 1% in viewership from Panthers/Giants in Week 16 last year (11.5, 18.9 mil).
Compared to last week’s Vikings/Panthers game (11.0, 18.2 mil), Sunday’s matchup was down 1% in ratings but up 5% in viewership.
The 10.9 rating is the lowest for a regular season Cowboys game on NBC since Cowboys/Eagles drew a 10.2 in November ’07.
Through Week 16, NBC is averaging an 11.8 rating for Sunday Night Football, up 15% from a 10.3 last year.
