Navy’s win over Missouri drew a 2.3 overnight rating on ESPN New Year’s Eve, up 2,200% from a 0.1 for last year’s game on NFL Network.
The game drew an 8.6 rating in the St. Louis market, the second-highest on record for a bowl game on ESPN/ESPN2 in the market. Only the ’08 Texas/Oregon Holiday Bowl drew a higher rating in the market (10.4).
