The FA Cup Final delivered its highest metered market rating since moving to FOX. In other news, Indy 500 qualifying had mixed numbers on ABC, and the NHL’s Eastern Conference final had a second straight increase in viewership.
FA Cup Final Earns Highest Overnight Since Moving to FOX
- The Manchester United/Crystal Palace FA Cup Final had a 0.8 overnight rating on FOX Saturday afternoon, up a tick from both Arsenal/Aston Villa last year and Arsenal/Hull City in 2014 (0.7 both both). The 0.8 is the highest for the final since it began airing on FOX in 2013. The Red Devils’ win doubled its lead-out, the New York City F.C./Red Bulls Major League Soccer match.
