The last time Tiger Woods won the event (2006), final round coverage drew a 4.7 overnight rating.
The 2.1 is tied as the second-lowest final round overnight in the seven-year history of the Deutsche Bank Championship.
Third round action on Sunday drew a 1.7 overnight, down 11% from last year (1.9), up 13% from 2008 (1.5) and down 46% from 2007 (2.8).
