Miami Herald columnist and frequent Pardon the Interruption guest host Dan Le Batard will be the latest sportswriter to host his own television show.
Le Batard will host a half-hour talk show on ESPN2 starting September 12, reports the Miami Herald. Titled Dan Le Batard is Highly Questionable, the show will air weekdays at 4:00 PM.
The show would seem to mix humor and commentary much in the same way as fellow ESPN daytime talk shows Around the Horn and Pardon the Interruption. One ESPN executive quoted by the Herald described the show as “an opinion show with humor,” while LeBatard stressed that his vision for the show is that “it?s going to be fun ? fun for me to do and hopefully that?s contagious and fun for the viewer.”
With the addition of Le Batard’s show, the ESPN2 talk show SportsNation will move to 5:00 PM ET.
