The NASCAR Sprint Cup FedEx 400 from Dover drew a 3.8 overnight rating on FOX Sunday afternoon, up 6% from both last year (3.6) and 2009. The 3.8 is the highest for the race since 2008 (4.2).
This marks the sixth time this season that NASCAR on FOX has attracted fewer than 4% of metered market TV homes.
