NBC earned its third-lowest NFL overnight of the season on Sunday night.
The Week 12 edition of Sunday Night Football, pitting the Steelers against the 4-6 Chiefs, earned a 12.5 overnight rating on NBC Sunday night — down 4% from Week 12 last year (SD/IND: 13.0), and down just a tick from Week 12 in 2009 (PIT/BAL: 12.6).
The 12.5 overnight is the third-lowest of the season for the NFL on NBC, ahead of only Vikings/Bears in Week 6 (10.9) and Colts/Saints in Week 7 (8.2).
Pittsburgh (50.7) led all markets, followed by Kansas City (33.8). Las Vegas (19.7), New Orleans (18.7) and Baltimore (18.0) rounded out the top five.
