How to Watch College Basketball in the 2025-26 Season
How to stream college basketball games without cable
College basketball games can be watched on multiple direct-to-subscriber platforms that are individually cheaper than the cable bundle (though they do add up).
- The NBC streaming service Peacock ($5.99/mo) adds Big East coverage to its existing slate of Big Ten games.
- FloSports ($30/mo) streams several games throughout the season.
- ESPN+ ($10.99/mo) streams scores of exclusive games from multiple conferences and also simulcasts many more from the linear ESPN networks.
- Paramount+ ($5.99/mo) simulcasts all games on CBS.
- Max ($9.99/mo) simulcasts any games that air on TNT, TBS or truTV.
- Additional direct-to-subscriber options include Big Ten Plus ($14.99/mo). Many schools will also stream games for free on their athletics websites.
How to watch games on the major networks
Games on linear cable (ESPN, FS1) and broadcast television (ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, The CW) can be streamed via the cable bundle through the following streaming services:
- Fubo
- DIRECTV STREAM
- YouTube TV
- Hulu + Live TV
- Traditional cable options like Xfinity
You can also stream games on cable with Sling. The ESPN networks are on Sling Orange and FS1 is on Sling Blue. You can purchase those separately for $40/mo or get both for $55/mo. Subscribe.
How to watch the conference networks
The availability of the conference-specific networks is more limited than the major networks. YouTube TV and Hulu + Live TV include BTN, SEC Network and ACC Network as part of their base packages. Fubo has BTN as part of its base package, plus SEC Network and ACC Network on its Elite tier ($85/mo) or as part of an $8/mo add-on. Sling includes all three channels as part of an $11/mo add-on, but you must have Sling Orange (with Sling Blue you can only get BTN).
