Former NBC Sports host Hannah Storm is moving to ESPN.
Richard Deistch of SI.com reports that Storm will be the co-anchor of a new, live morning edition of SportsCenter. The official announcement will be made on Tuesday.
Storm, who was the host of the NBA on NBC from 1997-2000, and again from 2001-2002, had been an anchor on CBS’ The Early Show since 2002.
While there is no word on whether Storm will do more than host SportsCenter, the several years she spent as the host of NBC’s NBA and baseball coverage could indicate that a hosting gig on NBA Shootaround or Baseball Tonight may be in her future.
