With little mystery as to the BCS bowl matchups, overnight ratings for the BCS Selection Show were the lowest since moving to FOX.
FOX drew a 6.8/11 overnight for the BCS Selection Show from 8-8:30 PM Sunday, down 18% from an 8.3/13 for last year’s Selection Show, and down 28% from a 9.4/14 two years ago. The 6.8 overnight is the lowest since ABC drew a 1.8/3 in 2005.
The 6.8 overnight also marked a 30% drop from the 9.6 The OT drew immediately preceding the show.
