- Bobby Valentine: The former Baseball Tonight analyst is set to return to ESPN “for this year’s playoffs (and beyond).” Valentine previously worked for ESPN in ’03.
- Don Orsillo: NESN’s Red Sox play-by-play voice will call the Red Sox/Angels ALDS for TBS, assuming the matchup takes place. Orsillo will work the series with analyst Buck Martinez. This will be the first time since joining TBS in ’07 that Orsillo has called a playoff series involving the Red Sox.
- Reggie Jackson: The Hall of Famer will conduct a series of one-on-one interviews for TBS during the network’s coverage of the 2009 MLB Postseason. The series, The Pride of October, will debut during TBS’ first day of postseason coverage (Oct. 7).
