NBA TV is adding a Basketball Hall of Famer.
USA Today reports that former Boston Celtic Kevin McHale is joining NBA TV as a studio analyst. McHale, who once served as an analyst on Minnesota Timberwolves broadcasts before joining the team’s front office, will replace Gary Payton on NBA TV’s Tuesday Fan Night broadcasts.
McHale’s addition is not the only change to NBA TV Fan Night, as Ernie Johnson will replace Ahmad Rashad as the host. Chris Webber will remain as the lone holdover from last season.
