The 2010 NFL postseason will begin in Cincinnati.
The NFL announced the schedule for the 2010 NFL Playoffs on Monday. The Wild Card round will begin on Saturday with the Jets taking on the Bengals at 4:30 PM ET on NBC, followed by Eagles/Cowboys at 8 PM, also on NBC.
On Sunday, CBS has Ravens/Patriots in the early afternoon window, while FOX has Packers/Cardinals in the late window.
The following week, the Divisional Round will begin in New Orleans with the Saints hosting either the Packers, Cardinals or Eagles at 4:30 PM ET on FOX. Later that night, the Colts will host the Bengals, Jets or Ravens at 8 PM on CBS.
The next day could feature a major blockbuster. The early Sunday afternoon window will feature the Vikings potentially hosting the Cowboys or Packers — with either matchup virtually assured to draw massive numbers. If FOX is unlucky, the game would feature the Cardinals against the Vikings.
Later in the day, CBS would air the Patriots, Bengals or Jets taking on the Chargers at 4:40 PM.
On January 24, CBS will air the AFC Championship Game at 3 PM ET, with FOX airing the NFC title game at 6:40 PM. Super Bowl XLIV will air two weeks later on February 7, at 6:25 PM ET on CBS.
