Regional MLB action featuring Yankees/Angels drew a 1.6 final rating on FOX last Saturday, down 41% from coverage featuring Yankees/Red Sox last year (2.7), and down 20% from 2008 (2.0).
This is the second of the three MLB telecasts on FOX this season to draw just a 1.6 rating; the first also featured the Yankees.
Through three telecasts, FOX is averaging a 1.9 rating for MLB coverage, down 17% from a 2.3 last year. Last season, FOX averaged a record low 1.8 rating for the full MLB season.
