For the third straight night, the Phillies set a ratings record on Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia.
Wednesday’s Braves/Phillies game drew a 15.2 rating on CSN Philadelphia, the highest rating ever for a Phillies regular season game on the network. The previous record was set just one night earlier, when another Braves/Phillies game drew a 15.0 rating.
The three-game Braves/Phillies series accounts for the three highest rated Phillies games ever on CSN Philadelphia, with three straight record highs — Monday’s 14.5 rating, Tuesday’s 15.0 and Wednesday’s 15.2.
Prior to this week, the record for a Phillies game was a 13.3 for Astros/Phillies late last season.
So far this season, Phillies games are averaging a 8.2 rating on CSN Philadelphia, up 15% from last year’s record 7.1 average. In September, the Phillies have averaged a 10.9 rating, 33% higher than the 8.2 season average.
