FOX had a slight uptick in ratings for last week’s NFL singleheader window.
NFL action featuring Giants/Seahawks in 36% of TV markets earned a 9.8 final rating and 16.279 million viewers on FOX last Sunday, up 1% in ratings and 3% in viewership from last year (AZ/CHI*: 9.7, 15.866 mil).
The Giants/Seahawks game began at 4 PM ET, marking one of the few occasions in recent years that the primary game of the singleheader window aired in the late timeslot.
In most of the markets receiving Giants/Seahawks, the game aired opposite the NFL national window on CBS (IND/PHI*: 16.3, 27.789 mil).
Sunday’s telecast ranks as the highest rated, most-viewed singleheader window since Week 6.
