Overnight ratings increased by over 50% for final round coverage of Sunday’s Pebble Beach National Pro-Am, continuing an upward trend for golf this season.
CBS earned a 2.6 overnight rating for final round coverage of the Pebble Beach National Pro-Am Sunday afternoon, up 53% from last year (1.7).
Paired with tournament winner D.A. Points, actor Bill Murray won the pro-am, his first win at the event.
The increase comes after weekend coverage of the Phoenix Open and Farmers Insurance Open both saw increases in overnights, also on CBS.
