The two biggest names in golf lifted overnight ratings for the Pebble Beach National Pro-Am to the highest level since the late 1990s.
Final round coverage of the Pebble Beach National Pro-Am, featuring a pairing of Phil Mickelson and Tiger Woods, earned a 5.1 overnight rating on CBS Sunday — up 96% from last year (2.6) and up 200% from 2010 (1.7).
The 2.6 is the highest for final round coverage of the event since 1997 (5.8).
Third round action on Saturday earned a 2.8, up 56% from last year (1.8).
