- Golden State Warriors NBA regular season games averaged a 2.85 rating on Comcast SportsNet Bay Area during the 2012-13 campaign, up 58% from last year (1.8). The network’s top game of the season was Lakers/Warriors on March 25 (5.25), which ranked as the highest rated Warriors telecast on CSN Bay Area since the same match-up in March 2008 (5.73). - Wednesday’s Padres/Dodgers Major League Baseball game earned a 4.27 rating on Fox Sports San Diego, the highest Padres rating in the short history of the network. - Last week’s Orioles/Yankees “Sunday Night Baseball” game drew an 8.4 rating in Baltimore, the market’s highest rating ever for a regular season MLB telecast on ESPN. Nationally, the game drew a 1.5 U.S. rating and 2.2 million viewers — down 21% in ratings and 24% in viewership from Angels/Yankees last year (1.9, 2.8M), and down 48% and 54%, respectively, from Yankees/Red Sox in 2011 (2.9, 4.7M).
