Mexico Friendly Solid Draw For UniMás
- Wednesday’s Mexico/Israel men’s soccer friendly earned 2.9 million viewers on UniMás, topping concurrent coverage of the NHL Western Conference Finals on NBCSN by 33% (2.9M to 2.2M). The advantage was an even wider 79% among adults 18-49. ESPN2 chipped in an additional 220,000 viewers for its coverage of the match. (Univision)
WNBA Off to Slower Start on ESPN2
- ESPN2 averaged a 0.2 U.S. rating and 251,000 viewers for its first two WNBA games of the season, down a tick in ratings and 31% in viewership from last year (0.3, 366K). Both of last year’s games aired on Memorial Day, compared to only one of the two this year. (ESPN)
Nationwide at Charlotte Hits Multi-Year Low
- The NASCAR Nationwide Series History 300 from Charlotte earned a 1.3 final rating and just under 2.0 million viewers on ABC last Saturday, down 13% in ratings and 11% in viewership from last year (1.5, 2.2M) and down 24% and 23%, respectively, from 2012 (1.7, 2.6M).
