CBS earned the season’s second-lowest NFL rating for last week’s singleheader.
The Week 4 NFL singleheader window drew a 7.4 final rating and 11.8 million viewers on CBS last Sunday, down 10% in ratings and 11% in viewership from last year (8.2, 13.3M) and the second-lowest rated NFL telecast of the season.
The only telecast to draw a lower rating this season was Chargers/Cardinals on ESPN in Week 1 (7.1). That game began after 10 PM ET.
Last week’s singleheader included Dolphins/Raiders from London, the first of three games across the pond this season. The 7.4 rating is the lowest for any NFL telecast that included a London game since 2009, when coverage including Patriots/Buccaneers from Wembley Stadium drew a 6.4 on CBS.
