Andrews Battled Cancer Last Fall
- Fox Sports sideline reporter Erin Andrews was diagnosed with cancer in October, but after undergoing surgery and other treatment did not have to undergo radiation or chemotherapy, Sports Illustrated reported in a profile published Tuesday. Andrews did not miss any NFL on FOX assignments during the two-month health scare, even the week of her October 11 surgery. (SI.com, 1/24)

- Fox Sports has hired former Packers WR Greg Jennings as an NFL analyst, the network announced in a Tuesday press release. Jennings, who will appear on a number of unspecified Fox Sports studio shows, has previously made appearances on Fox Sports 1. (Fox Sports)
Steele and Rose Form Sunday Countdown Team
- ESPN announced Tuesday that Sage Steele and Jalen Rose will work Sunday editions of NBA Countdown, marking the third different studio line-up ESPN/ABC will use this season. Steele hosts Saturday editions of the show with Magic Johnson and Michael Wilbon, while Rose appears alongside Chauncey Billups, Tracy McGrady and host Michelle Beadle on weekday shows.
