After two weeks out of the top spot, NASCAR on TNT finally returned to is accustomed spot atop the weekly cable ratings.
The Coke Zero 400 drew a 3.8 final rating with 6.4 million viewers on TNT Saturday night, flat in ratings and up 4% in total viewers from a 3.8 with 6.2 million last year. The race was easily the most watched program on cable for the week, beating the next best show (WWE Raw on USA Network) by over 1 million viewers.
TNT’s NASCAR post-race show finished #4 for the week, drawing a 3.0 with 4.9 million viewers.
With only one race left to televise, TNT is averaging a 3.6 rating with 5.8 million viewers for five NASCAR races, up 6% and 3% from a 3.4 with 5.6 million last year.
