- LeBron James will appear in the new Windows Vista ad campaign; however, there is no truth to the rumor that Carmelo Anthony will replace John Hodgman in those “I’m a PC and I’m a MAC” ads.
- The AFC Championship Game on CBS scored 46 million viewers, blowing away the season records set last week by American Idol. The NFC Championship Game on FOX drew 43 million viewers. No NBA or Major League Baseball game drew even 20 million viewers in 2006.
